INGREDIENTS:
Brownie Layer:
1 1/2 Cups Oat flour
2 Tbsp Black cocoa powder
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Flax eggs
6 Tbsp Vegan butter, (Melted)
2 Tbsp Milk of choice
1/2 Cup maple syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 Cup Crushed gluten-free oreos or chocolate sandwich cookies of choice.
1/3 Cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
Cheesecake Swirl:
3oz Vegan cream cheese (Room Temperature)
2 Tbsp sugar-free powdered sweetener
2 Tbsp Dairy-free yogurt
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1-2 Tsp Dairy-free milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F. line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together flax eggs, butter, milk, maple syrup, & vanilla extract. Add oat flour, black cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold in crushed oreos and white chocolate chips.
To make cheesecake layer, mix together cream cheese, powdered sweetener, yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk with an electric mixer until smooth.
Pour brownie batter into the baking dish. add cheesecake mixture on top in dollops. Use a knife to swirl the two mixtures back and forth a few times.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!🍴
